SERVICE CULTURE

Our company’s commitment to the community is core to who we are. Having a service culture attracts servant-hearted people to our company, who take great care of our customers.

The Service Wall

Our customers invest in us and we invest in the community. Every employee is given paid time off dedicated to serve – any way they want. After serving, each employee signs a “brick” for our Service Wall. This brick wall shows the number of days we devote to community service and the variety of projects we do. We have cross-departmental participation which helps us work more cohesively as a team. In the end, we’re all working together to better serve customers.
